1. I do not use these high-end and multi-function flashlights a lot, what should I pay attention to in use?
●Battery
a. Battery type: Please use the specified battery type according to your flashlight user manual, and if you use rechargeable batteries, please use those with protected circuit;
b. Battery Replacement: to ensure performance of the flashlight and safety, please replace with same brand, same type and same capacity batteries and make sure to insert batteries correctly with the positive end pointing to the light assembly;
c. Please take out batteries before long time storage to avoid battery leakage which may damage the flashlight components and parts.●Waterproof O-ring and Lubricant
a. Right amount of lubricant will be applied on the flashlight o-rings before shipping out in order to ensure smooth operation and extend the lifetime of the o-rings and for better waterproof as well. When there is little or no lubricant on the o-rings and it's difficult to twist between threads, please apply lubricant on the o-rings in time;
b. The o-rings can be worn out due to long time use, please replace with spare o-rings attached in the package.
●Max Output
When the light is at Max mode, there is heat coming from battery discharge, drive circuit and LED, the flashlight head will be comparatively hot, please be cautious of touching it; To protect the battery, circuit and LED so as to extend the lifetime of the flashlight, we do not recommend that you run the light at max mode continuously for more than ten minutes.
2. I could not turn on the light normally or it flickers, how to deal with this?
a. Check your battery: If the light can not be turned on or it flickers, please check and see if the battery is used up and replace with a new one;
b. Clean the contact end and electricity conducting surface: if the light still can not be turned on after replacing a new battery, please check if there is dust on the positive or negative end, or on the electricity conducting surface, if so, please use a clean cloth to clean the surface;
c. If neither of the above solutions works, please contact your dealer and follow the warranty procedure to repair/replace your light.
